Winter Bells

Two of Richard Fisher's Winter Bells are combined to produce a mobile wind bell sculpture. The bells ring easily in a light breeze producing a pleasing experience of sound, motion and form. 

The bells measure approximately 2.5" wide. The set of two measure 21.5" high. African mahogany fin.

Richard Fisher has been handcrafting bells since 1970. All of his bells have spectacular tonal qualities and beautifully-designed sculptural forms. In Richard's words: "The deepest motivation for my work has always been to establish a connection with nature. My bells can remain outdoors year round, through winter blizzards and quiet summer breezes. As the weather changes, so too does their song, which, for me, becomes a vibrant reflection of our living world."
